If you have yet to notice, I am not the most terse person in the world when it comes to articulating. I tend to ramble on. Now, that is not to say my speech/writing is devoid of wisdom, rather I would like to think that it is through this rambling venue that I have birthed some pearls of wisdom? Yes. You see, I feel I have a fabulous ability to perfectly transcribe my reactions. Example: when I text, I try my damnedest to allow the recipient to feel my exact emotions regarding an issue and try to invite the recipient into my head as to how I came to said conclusion, even if the issue is a recently purchased Elizabeth & James top from Shopbop.com. Interesting tidbit (don't you love digressions?): I was watching "The Parent Trap" on Fox Family this past weekend, the Lindsay Lohan one, not the original with Ms. Bliss. Watching this movie made me love Lohan more than I already do. BTW, I'm 25 and still watch Fox Family, judge me. Anywho, the beautiful actress Natasha Richardson (RIP) plays fashion designer, Elizabeth James and it occurred to me that the Olsen twins may or may not have named their aforementioned line Elizabeth & James, after Richardson's character in "The Parent Trap." That cannot be a coincidence! Go Olsen twins, fabulous line, albeit pricey, but nontheless fabulous! :)
Above you will find the image of the shirt, which I actually bought in pink, much to my dismay the picture of me in the top is still on my friend's camera, but I will upload as soon as I get it! I do have a beef about the Elizabeth & James line and that is that the top ruined my beautiful houndstooth Johnson shorts that were like $200. I feel like the Olsen ladies should send me the commensurate amount to afford me a new pair of Johnson's. :( SO sad...
